This document provides step-by-step instructions for adding a new email account as
part of email and network services provided by Infnity AccessNET. This guide should
enable you to configure your email using the information provided to you by Infinity-
At-Home.

- Open Outlook Express. Click on Tools menu. Select Accounts.
- (There may or may not be other accounts already configured on your system.
If you do not need them, you can select them and remove them.) To begin addition of
your new Infinity-At-Home account. Click on the Mail tab. Click the Add button
and select Mail.
- Enter your name in the Display name field. (Ex: Mary Jones) Click Next.
- Enter your email address in the E-mail address field. (Ex: MJones@infinityathome.net) Click Next.
- Your incoming mail server is a POP3 server. Select this option. For both Incoming mail server enter mail.infinityathome.net for Outgoing (SMTP) mail servers enter smtp.infinityathome.net. Click Next.
- Enter your email user name in Account Name. This is usually everything before
the @ symbol. (Ex: jsmith if your email address is jsmith@infinityathome.net) Enter
your password in the Password field and click on the Remember password box if you
don't want to enter your password to get your mail. Click Next.
- You connect to the Internet through a local area network. Select Connect
using my local area network (LAN).Click Next.

- You will see the Congratulations Screen. Click Finish.
- Select the new mail account you have just created. (Ex: mail.infinityathome.net) Select Properties.
- If you desire you can rename this mail account. Make sure the Include
this account when receiving mail or synchronizing has a check mark in the box.
Click Apply if you made and changes. Click the Servers tab at the top of the form.
- Click Close. You are now ready to use your new Infinity-At-Home email account.
